Andrew Fuller - “puts the heart back into psychology”

November 5, 2015

I'm really excited about the full line up of incredible Lancewood Education presenters coming to Nelson in 2016, but one that I am excited about as both a teacher, and as a parent, is Australian clinical psychologist, Andrew Fuller.

It is said that Andrew, “puts the heart back into psychology” and that he is an ”interesting mixture of Billy Connolly, Tim Winton and Frasier Crane”.  Hearing Andrew speak on Neuroscience and Learning will be incredibly interesting and entertaining, with today's research in neuroscience underpining everything that we should be doing at home and in our classrooms for our tamariki.

Andrew's books on a range of topics are highly accessible and make a lot of sense. One you might be interested in is 'Unlocking Your Child's Genius' (or perhaps you would be more interested in 'Guerilla Tactic's for Teachers'!).

Luckily for teachers, Andrew's visit to Nelson falls in the school holidays, so there will be no reliever costs to get in the way!

Make sure you get in early and secure an early bird place to avoid disappoinment.

BE INSPIRED. BE INSPIRING.
