'Lady' Kath Murdoch
After hearing of Professor Guy Claxton's very-unofficial new title of Sir Guy Claxton, Kath Murdoch is now joking that she would like to be known as Lady Kath Murdoch. It is a title fitting for a presenter so incredibly inspiring, passionate and approachable about her work in inquiry-based education, that here at Lancewood Education we're happy to roll with it!
Thank you Kath for your work with us, you are a marvel and we look forward to seeing you back here in the future. Also, thank you so much to everyone who attended the Lancewood Education Kath Murdoch events in Dunedin and Nelson; it is so satisfying to see so many inspired teachers heading off from a Lancewood Education workshop all fired
up and ready-to-roll in the classroom in the days, weeks, and years to come.
"I just wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for bringing Kath Murdoch to Nelson to speak to us. She has fired up my passion of teaching once again, reminded me about what was important and I'm so excited to be able to apply so many of her ideas and concepts straight back into my class. We are truly lucky to have access to such world class speakers who make a direct impact on our teaching back in our classes so thank you for giving us this opportunity."
