This workshop will cover:

The risks of early starts in feminized learning;

Transitions and change;

Order and security;

Boys and the outdoors, activities and resources;

Tips for more boy-friendly learning.
Participants will:

Understand and know why boys need to be noticed and catered for

Know how to cater for the needs of boys

Have a set of ideas and activities suited to working with boys especially in transitions.
Warwick works currently as a lecturer at AUT University in Counselling and male issues. He is the founder of male social service and an author of Volcano in My Tummy, and Little Volcanoes. He has two sons who have taught him a lot about boys learning.
